When Nostalgia Bites
Last week I read a book called Five Point Some One. I thought of sharing about the novel with you people as most of the happenings in that almost resembles our college life.
Five Point Some One is about three students Alok, Ryan, Hari and there life in IIT.
Hostel ragging, boring lectures, panic tests, professors scolding, lab exams ( No Out put ) apart from all these freaking out, enjoying with friends, small affairs, bunking the class and going for movie what all! Every thing is there which we have experienced.
The whole novel totally took me into my college days, after completing this novel I am in nostalgia.
The base line of the novel is "even the so called average students (like us) in the college can succeed in life". And that’s very much true!
Simple English, very humorous way of narrating the things and naughty scenes here and there Chatan Bagath has succeed in maintaining the phase of the novel through out.
Want to go back to the college days once again please read this novel, I bet you find yourself in the novel in one or the other character.
